Note it is the Israelis who invented it. The USA seems to be falling WAY behind when it comes to innovation.

By the way, herein lies a possible means for combating "climate change". As ocean levels and atmospheric temperature rise, we should expect more moisture to be partitioned into our atmosphere. It can then be extracted using the technology mentioned above to irrigate the deserts which allegedly will be created by the "climate change" phenomenon. Instead of whining about the loss of glaciers, we should be celebrating this opportunity to bring water to deserts at what should be very low cost.

Or we could keep believing the CC hysteria being continually stoked by the deep state and their puppets in the MSM to persuade us to give them absolute control over our lives.
