Four Billion More ???

According to this report, the human population will continue to grow:

Let's get a few things straight:

• we already exceed the planet's carrying capacity,
• institutions which could deal with an exploding population are rapidly eroding, and
• although there "might" be solutions, no one of any consequence is pursuing them.

If we cannot control 7 billion people, what can we expect when there are 11 billion of us - all hungry, angry, and potentially armed? 

I don't think this bodes well for our future.
