According to this report, people don't have to prove who they are to vote in this country:
“It is simply impossible, as a matter of common sense and of logistics, that hundreds of thousands of Wisconsin voters will both learn about the need for photo identification and obtain the requisite identification in the next 36 days,” the appeals court judges opposed to the requirement wrote.

"Common sense"? WTF ???
As a matter of common sense, no one should have been admitted into this country without proper identification.
As a matter of common sense, no one who does not know and comply with the requirements for voting should be allowed to vote.
