Now for some reason, the Attorney General of Missouri went to court to keep such waste out of St. Louis:

Realistically, many states may soon be generating such waste. If there are disputes or misunderstandings about the safety of the waste disposal processes and/or companies, this is going to be a real mess.
Gee, I wonder if the new "Ebola Czar" will be able to handle such disputes? I'll bet his experience with Solyndra made him the perfect candidate for the job.
