According to this report, Obama ad-Dajjal ignored CDC's advice to establish 18 regional disease detection centers around the world to protect the US:

This is consistent with the pattern revealed in several recent books written by his former staffers: he ignores the advice of his Cabinet and qualified senior professional staff and instead does what his political advisers and friends recommend.
This man is an incompetent moron and a dangerous threat to the health of our nation. If you disagree with this assessment, show me your proof. And I don't care if he was president of the Harvard Law Review. It clearly did not prepare him for anything except sucking up to rich people.
