We do have an acting Surgeon General, Dr. Boris Lushniak, who is a Rear Admiral in the United States Public Health Service Commissioned Corps. As such, Dr. Lushniak is eminently qualified and experienced to be an Ebola Czar, if that's what we need.
The person allegedly being held up from confirmation in the Senate, Dr. Vivek Murthy, does not appear to have either the qualifications or experience which Dr. Lushniak possesses. Here are their Wikipedia bios so you can see for yourself:

Frankly I'm getting sick of hearing nothing but excuses and finger pointing from Obama ad-Dajjal and his minions and their lackeys in the MSM. This fiasco is occurring because the current administration has been focused on partying and political fundraising but not on the welfare of We The People.
How many of us have to get sick or die from Ebola before this shit stops?
