In early 1996, I spoke with the only known expert on Novichok, Vil Mirzayanov, and what he told me about Novichok confirms the official Skipal story to be a fantasy. It's truly sad that official state agencies in the US, UK, and other nations distort the facts and/or lie for political reasons. And it's even sadder that our so-called "free press" doesn't even try to call them out for their obvious lies.
