Price Gouging, Or Good Business ???

Here is a sob story about COVID-19 price gougers:

And here's an assessment of how price gouging may be a "good" thing:

Here's my solution - let the feds buy up their stock at a reasonable price. If they don't, these valuable commodities will go to waste at a time when they're most needed.

Alternatively, Amazon (whose CEO has more money than G-d) could buy up these stockpiles and DONATE the stuff to hospitals around the country.

How about it, Jeff ???

Update 3-16-2020

The alleged price gouger donated his supplies to those in need, while Jeff Bezos did nothing:

Q: How is this NOT price-gouging:

And please don't say it's because the rich are willing to pay. Aren't we all, assuming we had the money ???
