If the US Constitution were still in effect, such things would not exist. Apparently it was suspended on September 11, 2001, and will remain so until the powers that be completely overturn it and/or replace it with something else.
That's what happens when you believe demonstrably false lies (e.g., just about everything you've been told about 9/11).
