Here is another instance of police ignoring a warning about an individual who was a danger to the public:

And yet time and again, police do not hesitate to shoot and kill someone they believe is a threat to THEM, even when such a belief is ridiculous.
WTF is wrong with our police? They're not protecting us, they're merely protecting themselves and their too-generous pensions.
