Take a look at these two reports:
(1) Paddock apparently didn't ask to be assigned to the room alleged to have been used for the shooting. Who changed his room assignment?

(2) FBI apparently was spotted in an adjacent room just after the shooting. How did they get there so quickly?

Connecting these two dots makes it seem probable the shooting was "an inside job" with Paddock as the proverbial patsy.
Considering everything we recently have learned about the FBI, is this theory all that unreasonable? I think not.
