No, Sean ... the President IS THE STATE, along with the Congress and the Supreme Court. And the doctrine of "separation of powers" intentionally introduces friction and conflict among the branches of government.
The remedies provided by the US Constitution for We The People are the ballot box, peaceful assembly, and the right to petition for redress of grievances. Anything else borders on sedition.
