Who Owns The Zika Virus ???

According to this report, the patent on the Zika virus is owned by the Rockefeller Foundation:

Why has the issue of patent ownership of the Zika virus not been the object of media coverage?

Lest we forget the words of David Rockefeller in an address to a Trilateral Commission meeting in June of 1991:

“We are grateful to the Washington Post, the New York Times, Time Magazine and other great publications whose directors have attended our meetings and respected their promises of discretion for almost 40 years. … It would have been impossible for us to develop our plan for the world if we had been subjected to the lights of publicity during those years. But, the world is more sophisticated and prepared to march towards a world government. The supernational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers is surely preferable to the national auto-determination practiced in past centuries.”

Is the ownership of the Zika Virus by the Rockefeller Foundation part of that agenda of “supernational sovereignty [dominated] by an intellectual elite and world bankers…”?

Is the above statement by David Rockefeller not a very accurate description of what is now happening in the world?

We are in fact witnessing the ascendancy of a "supernational sovereignty of an intellectual elite and world bankers". TPP, TTIP, TISA, and similar "trade deals" are an essential part of that process, and they swiftly are being brought to fruition behind the curtain of our sham political process.

I am not convinced the Zika virus is now being used in some evil plot to kill us, but I would not be surprised if something like that happened in our future. How else can the elites get rid of We The People? Birth control schemes have not yet worked, and nuclear war would be a bad idea for everyone, including the elites themselves.

As to the involvement of the Rockefeller Foundation, keep in mind that every virus known to humanity once was stored at a facility originally funded and controlled by them: the Yale Arbovirus Research Unit in New Haven, CT. I am uncertain of the current status and location of that collection, but wherever it is I'm certain the powers that be will someday use it to reduce our numbers.
