Someone has decided to put these rather bizarre ads on the side of buses in Philadelphia, PA:

What exactly do they mean by "Islamic countries"?

There are only four Islamic republics (Pakistan, Iran, Afghanistan, and Mauritania), and I doubt they get two thirds of all US aid.

What percentage of Muslims in a country makes it an "Islamic country"? For example, the Muslim population of Israel, Palestine, and the refugee camps is more than half of the total (53%):

Since NetanYahoo wants a "one state solution", shouldn't Israel, Palestine, and the refugee camps therefore be considered an "Islamic country"? If it is, then by all means let's stop sending them aid.

After all, fair is fair. There is definitely a lot of hate in Israel, and I don't want to pay for it any longer.
