Malia's "Asthma" Is Not From Climate Change

Apparently our sham President now thinks he's a climatologist and medical doctor, too:

President Obama said in an interview broadcast Wednesday that his push to address climate change has been partly influenced by a frightening moment when his daughter Malia had an asthma attack as a 4-year-old.

“What I can relate to is the fear a parent has, when your 4-year-old daughter comes up to you and says, ‘Daddy, I’m having trouble breathing.’ The fright you feel is terrible,” the president said on ABC’s “Good Morning America” Wednesday.

“And if we can make sure that our responses to the environment are reducing those incidents, that's something that I think every parent would wish for.”

Obama has made climate change a major priority of his White House. This week, he announced a global warming report that focuses on how people can take action to reduce health risks associated with a changing climate. He’s also negotiated a deal with China to cut greenhouse gases.

This man is an idiot.

Where is the proof that Malia had asthma at age 4?

Where is the proof that "climate change" causes asthma?

I don't want a "leader" who acts because of personal concerns. Anecdotal data, even if it is data, has no place in science.

Here's some pertinent data:

Asthma is the most common chronic disease of childhood, and yet many parents know little about it. In the United States, it is estimated that nearly 5 million youngsters under age 18 have this disease. In 1993 alone, asthma was the reason for almost 200,000 hospital stays and about 340 deaths among persons under age 25.

The numbers of young people and children with asthma is rising. In children ages 5-14 years, the rate of death from asthma almost doubled between 1980 and 1993. The disease is more common in blacks and in city-dwellers than in whites and those who reside in suburban and rural areas. A government survey of young people with asthma (those aged 15-24 years) showed that more blacks than whites died of the disease from 1980 to 1993. Among children aged 0-4 years in 1993, blacks were six times more likely to die from asthma than whites. Among children aged 5-14, blacks were four times more likely than whites to die of the illness.

And as this chart seems to show, prevalence of asthma does not appear to be related to temperature change, one of the key factors in so-called "climate change":

Maybe Obama ad-Dajjal should stick to what he knows best (e.g., subverting the US Constitution and hiding the facts about his past) and leave science and medicine to the professionals.

By the way, the most likely cause for Malia's inability to breathe on that occasion was cigarette smoke, provided by her alleged father Obama ad-Dajjal.
