Apparently the US has pledged another $212 million to rebuild Gaza:

The best way to aid Gaza would be to stop providing weapons to Israel which allow the Jews to devastate Gaza.
If that does not work, I suggest a full boycott, divestiture, and sanctioning of Israel.
Or we could just continue paying for the next destruction/rebuilding cycle. It's all up to you.
