Similarities between the murder of JFK and 9/11

Although the murder of JFK and the 9/11 attacks were separated by nearly 38 years, they had many similarities:

(1) Although the FBI knew about Lee Harvey Oswald and the alleged 9/11 terrorists, the government claims no one had any idea such attacks were being planned.

(2) Within hours of both events, detailed information was released by the government about Oswald and the alleged 9/11 terrorists, all of whom had been previously unknown to the public.

(3) All of the accused either died in the attacks or shortly thereafter, and they could neither be interrogated nor tried in a court of law. (Oswald was briefly interrogated, but his comments were ignored after he was killed.)

(4) In both cases, crucial evidence was ignored or destroyed, with the active or passive involvement of the FBI (the agency tasked with disconnecting all the dots).

(5) In both cases, the subsequent lengthy "investigations" did not look into all possible scenarios for the crimes. They merely validated pre-conceived theories which had been publicized within hours of the attacks. In short, they were not investigations at all. Even members of the commissions which "investigated" the events have said they do not believe the conclusions written in their final reports.

(6) Both official theories relied on miraculous events to reach their conclusions as to what had happened:

  • In the JFK murder, a "magic bullet" was thought to have injured two men, smashed bones, changed direction multiple times, and then emerged in pristine condition; and
  • In the 9/11 attacks, the well-constructed WTC towers disintegrated in mid air and the rubble fell to the ground at near free-fall speed. The nearly 1.2 million tons of debris made a tiny seismic impact when it hit the ground. The towers essentially "disappeared".

(7) Both events enabled murderous wars (Vietnam and the Global War on Terror, which included the invasion of Afghanistan and Iraq, the bombardment of Pakistan, and support for the civil war in Syria).

So ... two generations of Americans are willing to believe government-manufactured fairy tales about the two most important events of their lives. How many more times will this pattern be repeated? And why can't we recognize it and stop it?

When will we ever learn? When will we ever learn?
