Lee Oswald was standing in the doorway on the first floor of the Texas School Book Depository when the motorcade passed the building, and therefore he could not have fired any of the shots which killed the President. Almost all of the evidence supports this conclusion, with the exception of evidence tampered with or fabricated by the US government.
I suggest that you peruse the following website to see what I mean. It presents a fairly convincing argument which, if true, proves not only that Oswald did not commit the murder but also that the FBI was an apparently willing accomplice in that crime (disconnecting all the dots, even back then):

And in a separate matter, take another look at the so-called "magic bullet":
Why is this bullet in pristine condition, when such a thing would violate Newton's Third Law of Motion?
When one body exerts a force on a second body, the second body simultaneously exerts a force equal in magnitude and opposite in direction to that of the first body.
Had this bullet caused the damage to Kennedy and Connally claimed by the Commission, it would have been severely deformed.
But just as happened years later in the aftermath of 9/11, we ignored physical laws and devised a ridiculous official theory which guaranteed that only the pre-determined patsies would be punished.
“Those who can make you believe absurdities can make you commit atrocities.”
François-Marie Arouet (Voltaire)
But it's really worse than that, for Uncle Sam did not MAKE us believe absurdities: we WANTED to believe them. And we wanted to believe them because we WANTED to commit atrocities.
THAT is the soul of America. All the hand-wringing is BULLSHIT. Kennedy wanted peace, and we killed him so we could have war.
