The NSA has repeatedly refused to answer this Senator's questions. To me this means they reject Congressional oversight. And that means they are out of control.
What does it mean to you?
I submit that NO ONE in the US can make them change if they do not want to.
And that means it is up to the rest of the world to stop this monster before it devours them too.
