The sort of wealth extraction being done today (mining, fracking, logging, fishing) is IDENTICAL to what Custer and the other US agents of the "doctrine of discovery" and "free trade" did hundreds of years ago. Some people argue "that was then, this is now". I say "bullshit, it just never ended".
"Wealth" is not "created" without human suffering and death. Why then do we glorify wealth? When did the love of money stop being the root of all evil?
