Here is the conventional wisdom on the "cancelled" Putin-O Summit Meeting:

What this all reminds me of is the Eisenhower-Khrushchev Summit Meeting which was "cancelled" following the 1960 shoot down of a U-2 spyplane flight over the Soviet Union.
The U-2 shoot down should never have happened. The flight appears to have taken place because someone in the US wanted to torpedo Eisenhower's chances for a lasting peace with the Soviets. Did Lee Harvey Oswald give the Russians the information they needed to shoot down the plane? There has even been a report that the plane took off with insufficient fuel and that instead of being shot down it flamed out and crashed. Whatever the case, the meeting was cancelled and the US was highly embarrassed.
So ... what's going on with Snowden? Is he for real, or are his "revelations" just a limited hangout? And for whose benefit? Why was Obama ad-Dajjal bulletproof prior to the election, and then following the election instantly transformed into a lame duck with a giant boatload of scandals that everyone had known about for years?
Indignation over NSA spying seems to be a red herring (something akin to blaming the Benghazi fiasco on a shoddy anti-Islam movie). What's really going on here?
