According to this report, some places in the USA still don't have Internet access:

I don't see this as a big problem, do you?
Perhaps the real issue here is preaching of the gospel, in this case the gospel of Satan. I'm certain people in the rural counties of Alabama have heard the Gospel of Jesus, but earthly powers now want them to hear the gospel of evil. Once they have Internet access, their kids can watch porn, play violent video games, listen to satanic messages, buy illegal drugs, and learn new perversions.
