Keystone Cop Spies In The UK

I have been watching the old TV series MI-5 (a.k.a. Spooks). The biggest takeaway is that they're incompetent, always getting betrayed by employees and nearly ignorant of pending dangers to the realm until it's almost too late.

Now the same thing is happening at their real-life partner MI-6. They just "lost" sensitive documents which show details inside their HQ:
