Hillary DID Damage National Security

AG Lynch and FBI Director Comey either are morons (quite possible) or they are putting political gain over national security (also quite possible). Other than the possibility they are accomplices after the fact to racketeering, espionage, and/or treason, there is no other rational explanation for what is happening.
