Italy is our new military launching pad

You may have been mislead by the so-called "Asia pivot", but this Tom Dispatch essay should put things back in perspective. Asia is the target MARKET, while Africa is the target SOURCE for the raw materials needed to thrive in the Asia market.

Stop thinking "nations", "federations", or even "regions". The global mafia (the ruling class, the bankgangsters, and the global corporations) have a plan for the global redistribution of wealth (from us to them). Their plan has at least the following elements:

• All resources, no matter where they are located, are susceptible to being plundered to minimize production costs,
• Only the cheapest labor will be used to produce goods and services (labor unions will be a thing of the past),
• Goods and services will be sold primarily in markets with the most money (the Enron strategy), and
• What we used to call "the US military" will provide the sea-air-land muscle to keep "terrorists" and "pirates" (formerly known as nationalists and patriots, but now labeled as "isolationists" or "extremists") from mucking up the works. Tom Hanks and Hollywood will provide the silly propaganda pieces to make the whole process seem so thrilling and righteous.
• And, of course, cheap transportation makes it all possible, so let's protect those South Korean shipyards first and foremost and the Saudi oilfields which help spin the turbines and grease the gears.

What is coming will be a golden age, nay a platinum age, of profits for the privileged few, and extreme poverty for the many. But in the "market state", we supposedly will all have the same opportunities. The fact that YOU cannot capitalize on those opportunities is YOUR problem.

If you want to survive, you will have to abandon obsolete beliefs like patriotism, compassion, and Christianity. There is no place for them in this new world Satan is creating for his subjects.
