I think this has less to do with nukes than it does with the Davos/WEF beast's desire to control and/or shut down all fossil fuel production. They've corralled Venzuela, Saudi Arabia, Canada, and Iraq, and are going after Iran and Russia.
In effect, they're turning OPEC into a global strategic petroleum reserve which serves the whims of the Davos/WEF beast and NOT the countries which used to own the oil.
