From what I observed about US refineries during my ten years working for the TX environmental agency, the claims made in the report are legitimate. It will be a miracle if the Germans can pull this off. If they cannot, Germany probably is screwed.
But ... isn't the death of the fossil fuel industry exactly what the Davos/WEF beast wants? It's just another part of "the great reset".
No pain, no gain.
