My assessment is that this unelected, power hungry beast doesn't want anyone snooping on what it does. In my opinion, it clearly represents what George Orwell called "a boot stamping on a human face forever".
What do you think? If you've not yet considered its role in the world, you better start. "Our" government is becoming increasingly irrelevant as the power of this beast grows relentlessly.
