Do you remember the scene in the movie Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines when Skynet was brought online, became self-aware, and took over? It spread into all devices linked to the Internet and became impossible to shut off:

There is no way to predict exactly the result (that's why they call it "the singularity"), other than to say it definitely won't be good for us foolish humans.
Same question as my previous post (Street Justice ???) - why would they do such a thing?
