Two Unsolved Mysteries

Here are two potentially important unsolved mysteries:

(a) Seed packets of unknown origin:

(b) Drone swarms buzzing a nuclear power station:

Both appear to be either an act of sabotage or scouting for a future act of sabotage, and neither should be taken lightly.

We're paying billions for "homeland security", so why isn't some of that money preventing threats like this?

It's too early to assign blame, but I'd like to point out two things:

1. This is the kind of sabotage the US has performed for decades on numerous sovereign nations around the world; and
2. Our messing with China reminds me of something Admiral Yamamoto allegedly said after the 1941 Japanese raid on Pearl Harbor -

"I fear all we have done is to awaken a sleeping giant and fill him with a terrible resolve."

What goes around comes around, and we're making enemies of the people who may soon rule the world.
