I find that hard to believe:
- only an idiot would take an "experimental" vaccine, and Russian elites are NOT idiots; and
- they have the ability to completely isolate themselves and their families from sources of the virus, so there is no need to take any vaccine.
Plus, unlike us they have ready access to HCQ and other effective treatments.
I think this is just more anti-Russky propaganda.
