As I have written about previously, central banks have now begun to outline specific technical details on how a CBDC [central bank digital currency] could be built ... This comes as global payment systems are being reformed so as to be compatible with blockchain and distributed ledger technology – a process that is earmarked for completion around 2024.
With the events of the past few months, it is impossible to discuss CBDC’s without factoring in the impact of Covid-19. This appears increasingly to be the major international crisis that global planners hope will catalyse the move into a fully digital economic system. And the BIS Innovation Hub is ideally placed to respond.

This seems to follow the pattern elucidated by Rahm Emanuel, former President Obama’s chief of staff:
"You never want a serious crisis to go to waste. It provides the opportunity to do things that were not possible to do before."
Do we really want to continue believing that all these crises were accidental?
- 9/11 attacks
- 2007-2008 financial crisis
- COVID-19
- 2020 global economic meltdown
I would argue there is at least as much evidence such events were PLANNED as there is they were accidental. Here's the latest discussion of one such possibility:

How many times does an "accident" have to occur before we suspect it wasn't an accident at all?
In the case of COVID-19, the powers that be had a few things going in their favor:
- If the virus was created in a lab, they knew its infectivity and potential impact;
- They ran a simulation before the widespread outbreak; and
- They all had excess population they apparently didn't mind putting at risk.
I know this sounds quite cynical, but how can any reasonable person think anything else about these bastards ... none of whom have died from the disease while all of them got richer?
