I don't know everything Rep. Omar has been saying, but from what I gather she is basically right on the money when it comes to what the US has been doing for the past 100 years or so.

If you want to know who is right and who is wrong on this issue, read Confessions of an Economic Hit Man by John Perkins, or some of the works of William Blum. Your country is not what you may think it is. Not by a long shot.
