Mistral = Sitting Duck
Take a look at this picture of the French "Mistral" class of warships:
As a former naval officer, to me this looks like a huge sitting duck which would be very easy to find and sink. In fact, it would be hard to miss.
So why is the US so worried that France might sell two of them to Russia?
