How To Deal With Returning Jihadis

Saudi Arabia has a rather swank facility for the rehab of jihadis:

Believing that having a full life discourages extremism, Saudi psychologists, imams, and sociologists prepare former jihadists for their reintroduction to the outside world. The program claims to have a 88% success rate.

The US, on the other hand, tortures the jihadis we capture, and if we release them at all it's to let another country torture them. This is quite similar to our domestic system of "corrections", which destroys everyone it touches and does NOTHING to rehab anyone.

Update: Apparently Germany does not know how to deal with returning jihadis either. Perhaps they should confer with the Saudis -
