This morning I listened to an interview with a medical expert in which it was stated that Ebola only was spreading in areas with "porous borders" and not much medical infrastructure.
Hey you guys at CDC, in case you had not noticed the US now has some of the most porous borders in the world (especially since Obama ad-Dajjal started using planes and buses to whisk undocumented immigrants all over the country). And some of the border crashers are known to be from Ebola-struck countries:

Also, in case you had not noticed, in spite of the ObamaDon'tCare Program (or perhaps because of it) many people in America still have no access to health care of any kind. There are lots of facilities and physicians, but they don't do anything unless they're paid. Will they be paid to stop Ebola?
And for months (and years?) now we have been treated to stories about drug-resistant and/or deadly infections people acquired inside our hospitals. We may have a large medical infrastructure, but it has not proven itself to be very good at containing the spread of infections:

I believe the Americans with Ebola are being transported to the US so that the government can have access to fresh samples of the virus. What they will do with such samples is anyone's guess.
