What is most interesting here is that Japan actually recovered from the only two known uses of nuclear bombs in warfare (Hiroshima and Nagasaki), yet from all appearances Japan will never recover from the (so far) biggest disaster which has resulted from nuclear energy.
One would have thought that being the major victims of the bombs the Japanese would have wanted nothing to do with nuclear energy.
Just saying.
