Does G-d Want Israel To Kill Palestinians ???

I think any rational person would agree that what Israel has been and is doing in Palestine violates international law and numerous UN resolutions. They succeed in doing such things with impunity because the United States supports their crimes. Is this merely because the US also is a lawless nation (a distinct possibility) or because the so-called Christians in the US believe that as G-d's chosen nation Israel is not subject to earthly laws?

Let's put it another way: Was the nation of Israel and its boundaries created by the Balfour Declaration, the British Mandate for Palestine, the Israeli Declaration of Independence, and/or other such documents (i.e., by the hand of man); or was it created by what is written in the Torah / Bible (i.e., by the hand of G-d)?

Many US citizens now refuse to allow depictions of the Ten Commandments or other Biblical principles anywhere in public and also refuse to conform their lifestyles to Biblical laws ... yet they implicitly approve of Israel's confiscation of Palestinian land, apartheid-like treatment of those who once lived on that land, and even the outright genocide of the Palestinian people ... because they think that's what the Torah / Bible says to do. Does that make any sense at all?

Jews and Christians believe that Jews are G-d's chosen people. One of the great unanswered questions of our age is why an all-powerful G-d would allow His chosen people to be slaughtered in the millions by the Nazis. Does that make any sense at all?

If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land.

2 Chronicles 7:14 KJV

I don't pretend to know what's in G-d's mind. I can't tell you why He punishes one person and forgives the other. But the words of His prophets make it clear that His favor, even for His chosen people, does not come without obligation. He has entered into several covenants, and at times He has chastised those who have not kept their end of the bargain. So, if G-d wants Israel to kill the Palestinians, then we should stay out of His way and out of their way; they are doing His will.

But if that is not what He wants, then what?

Q: Is the presence of G-d to be found in Israel?

A: Apparently not. The Shekhinah was with the Israelites during the Exodus and dwelt in the First Temple, but She appears to have been absent ever since.

Q: If the Third Temple is built, will G-d return to the Holy Land and dwell in the Temple?

A: That issue is what this is all about.

Q: Is it necessary that the Palestinians be killed for the Temple to be built and for G-d to dwell in it?

A: Of course not. The Palestinians are powerless and cannot in any way stop whatever it is that the Israelis want to do (with or without G-d's approval) on the Temple Mount or anywhere else.

Q: So, why must they be killed?

A: You'll have to ask the murderers that question.

Q: Who is doing the killing?

A: Israelis.

Q: And is G-d helping them?

A: It does not appear so. The United States is helping them kill the Palestinians, and the US currently is about as far as one can get from the concepts of G-d and godliness. In fact one might argue that it is Satan who dwells in the US and not G-d, and that it is Satan who is helping the Israelis kill the Palestinians.

In the final analysis if G-d wants the Palestinians dead, it would be wise to stay out of His way. It also would be wise to not even get involved in this battle unless one receives a divine invitation to it. And considering how easy it is for Satan to deceive the whole world, just how can one be certain of the source of such an invitation?

Let me repeat something I have said time and again: with the exception of Jesus, any living person who participates in the Battle of Armageddon will be fighting on the side of evil:

Don't take the mark, and don't be deceived into doing evil things because someone says that's what G-d wants. If G-d wants the Palestinians to be killed, He'll take care of it. That is one thing in which He does not need your help.
