The Obama administration for the first time responded to a Spygate lawsuit, telling a federal judge the wholesale vacuuming up of all phone-call metadata in the United States is in the “public interest,” does not breach the constitutional rights of Americans and cannot be challenged in a court of law.
[Borrowed from http://www.wired.com/threatlevel/2013/07/spygate-snooping-standing/]
It is NOT in the public interest, and it DOES breach the constitutional rights of Americans.
And just WHY can't it be challenged in a court of law?
Is Obama ad-Dajjal saying that the public has no standing to sue him for injuries that directly affect them? If so, then he is saying that this is no longer a government of, by, and for the people.
Or is he merely saying that he is a tyrant who cannot be challenged in any way by any one?
This is dangerous stuff, people. Get a grip, and bring your government back under control.
IMPEACH HIM !!!
