Secrets Take Precedence

Another ridiculous decision from "our" Supreme Court:

https://reason.com/2023/02/27/scotus-says-domestic-spying-is-too-secret-to-be-challenged-in-court/

No, the government should not be allowed to violate the constitution and then claim what they do is so secret the courts cannot review it. If that were permissible, why even have a constitution at all?

And maybe that's the point. The fix is in, every aspect of it can be ignored or violated at will ... until they finally flush it down the toilet. Just part of the great reset, I suppose.

And that's how government of the people, by the people, for the people, perished from the earth.

Update - 3/1/2023

Compare the above to this report about Western corporations spying for Iran:

https://www.azerbaycan24.com/en/media-companies-of-3-countries-helped-iran-in-tracking-phones-of-protesters/

If the US government's direct and via corporation spying on us is a matter of state secrecy not subject to judicial review (according to SCOTUS), then why should we care if something similar happens to Iranian citizens?

Actually I DO care, since neither country should be engaged in such a thing and NO corporation should be helping them.
