At two tons per person per year, most of us will be confined to our dwellings ... which will not be comfortably heated or cooled. And many of us will be hungry.
Perhaps such a thing would be "equitable", but it won't stop the Davos/WEF beast from continuing to enjoy the good life at our expense.
Don't let this happen. It would be the end of civilization as we know it.
