A: False flag attacks are phony attacks carried out by the US and its cronies to frame and discredit their enemies. Examples include 9/11, the "gas attacks" in Syria, and the "Novichok attacks" on the Skripals in the UK. It's unlikely the Russians would even want to try such a thing, unlike the US and its cronies who carry them out all the time.
