A BRAZEN Scam ???

Here is a description of what appears to be one of the most BRAZEN scams associated with COVID-19 so far:

The gist (as I understand it) is this:

Pfizer/FDA created two FUNCTIONALLY identical versions of their mRNA vaccine, but they are LEGALLY distinct.

One, named Comirnaty, seems now to be "fully approved", but it is not readily available; and

The other, the one people already have been receiving, is readily available but still covered by the emergency use authorization (EUA).

The rationale behind this apparent scam seems to be the following -

Any side effects caused by fully approved Comirnaty version will subject Pfizer to lawsuits, while any side effects caused by the EUA version fall under the previously granted legal immunity for emergency use.

Comirnaty approval is being used to justify possible future vaccine MANDATES, even though you're not likely to get that version of the vaccine. Those who now get vaccinated with the EUA version (possibly under a government or employer mandate) still will be exposed to potential side effects, but will have no legal recourse against Pfizer.

Ask yourself why anyone would do such a thing for any reason not chiefly intended to benefit Pfizer.

And also ask yourself why Dr. Fauci, who may have significant conflicts of interest in these matters, should still be the president's chief medical advisor. Shouldn't that role be filled by the Surgeon General, or at least a competent practicing physician not beholden to BigPharma?

Why isn't the MSM going after this? Is investigative journalism completely dead?

Update - 8/27/2021

This essay brings up an interesting point - if Comirnaty were AVAILABLE, that would invalidate all the existing EUAs. But it's not, so apparently they're still in effect:

Very clever scam, but don't believe or trust Fauci. He is not your friend.
