Many people think that the Beast of Revelation 13:1 (out of the sea) represents a new worldwide political-economic system, while the Beast of Revelation 13:11 (out of the earth) represents a new worldwide religious system.
Under the influence of Obama ad-Dajjal, a new worldwide political-economic system is being crafted, which those of us who are not allowed to read its treaties are calling TPP, TTIP, and TISA. It appears to be a "market state" system, one based on corporations and trade. And most global trade on the American model is done by sea.
Also under the influence of Obama ad-Dajjal, a new worldwide religious system is being crafted, which appears to be based on worshiping Satan, rejecting G-d's laws, encouraging children to disrespect their parents (especially their fathers), and eradicating the Biblical concept of marriage. Since traditionally Satan's kingdom is thought to be underground, this system is coming up out of the earth.
This is a simplistic way of looking at things, but it more or less explains what is happening. It also explains why members of Congress of the United States, who should know better, have en masse violated their oaths of office and broken their covenant with We The People. Apparently they are so scared of what Satan might do to them that they are forgetting what G-d has promised to do for all of us.
