The Secrecy Of A "Transparent" President

If you want to hear the details of the Trans-Pacific Partnership trade deal the Obama administration is hoping to pass, you’ve got to be a member of Congress, and you’ve got to go to classified briefings and leave your staff and cellphone at the door.

If you’re a member who wants to read the text, you’ve got to go to a room in the basement of the Capitol Visitor Center and be handed it one section at a time, watched over as you read, and forced to hand over any notes you make before leaving.

And no matter what, you can’t discuss the details of what you’ve read.

“It’s like being in kindergarten,” said Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-Conn.), who’s become the leader of the opposition to President Barack Obama’s trade agenda. “You give back the toys at the end.”

There appears to be not a single Senator or Representative who has either the foresight to figure out what is going on or the courage to do something about it.

These "secrecy rules" are the dictates of a tyrant ... a tyrant named Barack Hussein Obama [ad-Dajjal].

US Constitution, Article I, Section 6
1: The Senators and Representatives ... shall in all Cases, except Treason, Felony and Breach of the Peace, be privileged from Arrest during their Attendance at the Session of their respective Houses, and in going to and returning from the same; and for any Speech or Debate in either House, they shall not be questioned in any other Place.

In spite of their Constitutionally mandated protection, most appear threatened by this tyrant and the onerous political and "security" system which he and his minions and supporters have erected.

THIS IS NOT A DEMOCRACY. IT IS AN OLIGARCHY AND A GROWING TYRANNY OF THE WORST SORT !!!

Update: Here is a suggestion that Senator Bernie Sanders should publish the text of the TPP:

I don't think he or anyone else has the courage to do this, and I also don't think it's possible for anyone in Congress to actually obtain a copy for this purpose.

We can always hope, but isn't that the same delusion we foolishly pursued with Obama ad-Dajjal?
