Here is a report which alleges that the Army's "Human Terrain System (HTS)" has come to an end:

My assessment is that Professor Roberto González may not know what he's talking about. Could he have been duped by the military on this issue?

Hey, Professor - The Army doesn't spend that kind of money without getting something for it. You need to reconsider your assumptions.
