Here Is Proof Corporations Are More Powerful Than Governments

Apple, of its own volition, just pulled all Civil War related apps from its store, allegedly because they show the Confederate flag in "offensive and mean-spirited ways":

Once TPP, TTIP, TISA, and similar traitorous treaties become law, shit like this will happen all the time.

Actions like this are unlikely to extinguish racism, but they certainly will prevent freedom of thought and speech.

And just to drive this point home, GE's Jeffrey Immelt threatens to take his corporation's jobs out of the US if the government doesn't do his bidding:

If this were a government of, by, and for We The People, we would revoke GE's corporate charter and seize the company's assets everywhere in the world.


But we're cowards who apparently love groveling at the feet of tyrants, so we'll do nothing of the kind.


By the way, it is the height of hypocrisy to tear down the Confederate flag while hoisting the flag of TPP, TTIP, and TISA. We as a nation are in the process of betraying all the sacrifices of which Abraham Lincoln spoke in his Gettysburg Address:

But, in a larger sense, we can not dedicate -- we can not consecrate -- we can not hallow -- this ground. The brave men, living and dead, who struggled here, have consecrated it, far above our poor power to add or detract. The world will little note, nor long remember what we say here, but it can never forget what they did here. What we are engaged in today is no "new birth of freedom", and clearly we are on a path which will lead inexorably to the death of government of the people, by the people, and for the people.
