Is US Debt Ceiling A Fraud ???

The portion of the federal debt that is subject to a legal limit set by Congress closed Thursday, June 11, at $18,112,975,000,000, according to the latest Daily Treasury Statement, which was published at 4:00 p.m. on Friday.

That, according to the Treasury's statements, makes 90 straight days the debt subject to the limit has been frozen at $18,112,975,000,000.

And then ask yourself, why isn't all US debt subject to a ceiling?

US Constitution, 14th Amendment
4: The validity of the public debt of the United States, authorized by law, including debts incurred for payment of pensions and bounties for services in suppressing insurrection or rebellion, shall not be questioned.

The only "valid" debts are those "authorized by law", so why would Congress authorize debts whose amount is unknown?

By the way, the rest of the 14th Amendment contains the following exclusion:

But neither the United States nor any State shall assume or pay any debt or obligation incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the United States, or any claim for the loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

I would argue that this invalidates TPP, TTIP, and TISA ... all of which are functionally intended to aid insurrection and/or rebellion by corporations and banks against the United States. In addition, the Investor State Dispute Resolution provisions of those agreements are the equivalent of claims for the loss of slaves (i.e., corporate claims against the slavery of US citizens in bondage to said corporations).

If our dumbass government can dream up ways to subvert the Constitution, then We The People can certainly dream up ways to hold them to it.

Also by the way, to all you dumbass voters who would rather "look ahead" than "look back", you are making a gigantic mistake. Follow the Constitution, or the "look ahead" will be whatever corporations and banks want you to see. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CONTROL THE AGENDA.
