5: To coin Money, regulate the Value thereof, and of foreign Coin, and fix the Standard of Weights and Measures;
6: To provide for the Punishment of counterfeiting the Securities and current Coin of the United States;
The power to create and regulate money is a key function of nation states. This power has been usurped by bankers, with the collaboration of corporations like Apple:

Note well that none of these changes came about because We The People want such things. And if "our" Congress voted on them at all, they didn't even read the bills.
