And the fact that the US is negative helps explain why QE isn't doing a damn thing for We The People. It's merely a trick to assist the rich in their bid for global hegemony.

Keep in mind that these flows occur mostly without the interference of government and without being taxed. This partly explains why "American" companies like Apple keep their cash "offshore".
